In order to continue providing you with unique and innovative designs, many items in the Gringas & Co. collection are limited in quantity. If we do not have the item you request in stock, we will contact you regarding a backorder, or we would be happy tosuggest a comparable piece. All merchandise is shipped from Edna, Texas. Please note that all products from Gringas & Co. are handmade and each item is unique.

International orders ship by UPS or United States Postal Service. The method and cost are determined by items ordered, cost, weight, size and destination. We are happy to say we are now in stores in the UK Canada,, Australia, Japan, New Zeland, France and Puerto Rico and would love to be in more stores around the world.
Shipping charges are calculated and an email is sent for approval within 1-2 business days. If email is not available, the charges will be faxed or phoned. A response is requested within 7 days after receiving our notification. Orders do not ship without approval, and can be cancelled up until that time. A phone number is required for delivery.
The recipient is responsible for any taxes, duties, or brokerage fees. These cannot be estimated prior to shipping. We are unable to remove pricing from documents as the correct value must be provided.

We, at Gringas & Co. want to do our part to help the environment. We use recycled boxes and when able shipping material. So, if a box looks a little worn this is the reason.

We offer returns, only for defective merchandise, within 30 days. All other sales are exchangeable within 10 days. All returns must be in original condition and in the original package . A copy of the original invoice must be accompanied with your return. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

We accept all major credit cards. We do not accept checks. You will be contacted via phone or e-mail regarding any processing issues that may arise.

Retail packages shipped to Texas locations are charged the mandatory 6.25% sales tax.
